The Salvador Stool, designed by Vasco Lima Mayer, emerged as "homework" for the weekend, during the furniture design course at the Lisbon School of Design. The briefing, defined by the designer Miguel Soeiro, was simple - A wooden stool.
The result was this piece in which four legs support a curved seat in molded plywood. This stool suggests something that we like. The dialogue between structure and lightness, between strength and delicacy.
